Shipping Policy

Order Confirmation

• All COD orders may be verified via call, SMS, WhatsApp, or email before dispatch.
• Pahnava.pk reserves the right to cancel unverified orders.

Delivery Time

• Orders are usually delivered within 3–7 business days nationwide.
• Delivery times may vary during sales, holidays, or due to courier delays.

Shipping Charges

• Shipping charges are displayed at checkout.
• Free shipping may be offered on orders above Rs 9,999.

Failed Deliveries

• If a customer is unavailable, refuses to accept the parcel, or provides incorrect contact/address information, the order may be cancelled.
• Customers with a history of refused COD orders may be restricted from placing future COD orders.

COD Refusal Policy

• Placing a COD order is considered a commitment to purchase.
• Refusing an order without a valid reason causes shipping and operational losses.
• Pahnava.pk reserves the right to blacklist customers who repeatedly refuse COD shipments.

Address Changes

• Address modifications must be requested before the order is dispatched.
• Once shipped, changes may not be possible.
• Orders with suspicious patterns (multiple failed orders, fake numbers, etc.) require advance payment.

Parcel Inspection

• Customers are encouraged to inspect the parcel packaging upon delivery.
• If the parcel appears tampered with or damaged, customers should notify the courier and contact our support team immediately.
