Refund policy
Pahnava.pk offers a 7-day exchange policy for customers in case of any issue with their order.
Exchange Eligibility

Exchange requests must be submitted within 7 days of the original delivery date.

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

Claims made after 7 days of delivery will not be entertained.
Exchange Conditions

In case of a change of mind, size issue, or preference change, the customer will be responsible for all delivery and exchange shipping charges.

Pahnava.pk will bear the exchange-related costs only if the product received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Sale Items

Products purchased during a sale, promotion, or discount campaign are not eligible for exchange unless a damaged, defective, or incorrect item has been delivered.
Exchange Process

Contact our customer support team within 7 days of receiving your order.

Share your order number and relevant details/photos of the issue.

Once the exchange request is approved, the customer must send the product to our designated address.

After the returned product is received and inspected, a discount code equivalent to the product value will be issued.

The issued code can be used when placing your next order on Pahnava.pk.
Important Note
Pahnava.pk reserves the right to reject exchange requests if the returned item does not meet the conditions outlined in this policy.
