Pahnava offers wholesale and bulk purchasing opportunities for boutiques, retailers, resellers, online stores, and fashion businesses in Pakistan and Internationally.
Whether you are looking to stock our collections or place a larger custom order, we work with businesses to provide carefully selected products with quality craftsmanship and a seamless wholesale experience.
How It Works
1. Submit an Inquiry
Contact us with your business details, preferred products, required quantities, and delivery location.
2. Receive a Quote
Wholesale pricing is based on order quantity, product selection, availability, customization, and shipping requirements.
3. Confirm Your Order
Your order is confirmed only after the agreed terms and required payment have been received and approved in writing by Pahnava.
4. Processing & Delivery
Once confirmed, your order will be processed according to the agreed specifications and estimated timeline.
Wholesale Terms
- Wholesale orders may be subject to a minimum order quantities of 5 orders per suit,
- Unless otherwise agreed in writing, wholesale orders require 70% advance payment before processing or dispatch.
- Once production, customisation, or processing has started, cancellations or changes may not be possible.
- Wholesale orders cannot be returned due to change of mind, unsold stock, or the customer's inability to resell the products.
- All products are subject to availability. Estimated delivery times may vary due to production, courier delays, customs, weather, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
- International customers are responsible for applicable customs duties, import taxes, VAT, and destination-country charges unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Any damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing items must be reported promptly after delivery with appropriate photographic or video evidence where requested. Please keep in mind that Pahnava will also have a photographic/videographic evidence captured/recorded before dispatch. False claims will not be entertained.
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate product, quantity, contact, and delivery information. Pahnava is not responsible for issues resulting from incorrect information supplied by the customer.
- Wholesale customers are independent businesses and are not authorized to represent themselves as Pahnava or as an official representative unless expressly authorized in writing.
- Pahnava's photographs, videos, logos, designs, and other intellectual property may not be copied, reproduced or commercially used without prior written permission.
- Pahnava reserves the right to approve or decline wholesale requests at its discretion.
By placing a wholesale order, the customer confirms that they have reviewed and agreed to these Wholesale Terms and any specific terms included in their written quotation or order confirmation.
